Please use our printable ring templates or purchase our plastic Ring Gauge set (if you do not know your needed ring size) prior to ordering. J&J bridal rings are returnable within 7 days after receipt, less a 30% restocking fee, minus all shipping and handling fees, and you will be responsible for ALL RETURN SHIPPING FES, you must email us for authorization prior to returns, clearance and custom items are non-refundable. This is how we can offer much lower prices, by reducing excess stock, and excess fees incurred by us from our credit card processing and chargeback fees.
Our Wild Giraffe rings may ship directly from the Manufacture, and ships with a drawstring pouch. A ring box is available for separate purchase at J&J bridal.
