This lets us be more competitive with shipping charges depending on product and warehouse location.
Sorry, we cannot combine shipping charges from items in different warehouses or catalogs as some items may ship directly from our supplier.

We do NOT offer a physical retail storefront for foot traffic at this time, online shopping only.

Returns Policy
WITH THE EXCEPTION OF J&J BRIDAL- See J&J Bridal Returns/Exchanges below.
Due to the fact that many of our items hold energy, we do not accept returns. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), otherwise all shipping fees will be the responsibility of the customer.
NOTE: Crystals, Herbs, Incense, Talismen, Chakra & Crystal Jewelry, and any ceremonial item which we deem as holding energy may not be returned, as well as any custom order item. Crystals and gemstones on our site are natural, and the images are stock images and may not be the actual color of the crystal or stone you will receive. We can not control the actual colors and markings in natural gemstones, as these are natural, unless listed as dyed. Please be advised that images on you screen will differ from screen to screen as our system is not calibrated with yours to ensure an exact color match.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
J&J Bridal Returns/Exchanges
We accept EXCHANGES only on J&J Bridal. We will exchange your rings 1 (one) time for a different style or size, we encourage you to purchase a ring sizer or go to a jeweler prior to your purchase. You will be responsible for the return shipping and new shipping charges for your J&J bridal order.

Shipping
We ship within the 50 United States and provinces.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
