Shipping & Returns

Our Shipping and Returns Policy has changed. The Wizard’s Hat (thewizardshat.com) now only ships to the Continental USA, including Alaska and Hawaii, and outlining territories.

WE NO LONGER OFFER TO SHIP INTERNATIONALLY UNLESS APPROVED - ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS MUST RECEIVE APPROVAL PRIOR TO SHIPPING, DUE TO INCREASED SHIPPING CHARGES. International Customers: you may still purchase from our ETSY and EBAY shops and we will ship internationally, or by contacting us for shipping charges on the items you wish to order.

Our NEW Ring Line JASSORS WILDTHINGS MUST be placed BY 12/12/2018, as the manufacture (Wild Giraffe) WILL BE CLOSED from 12/14/2018 thru 01/07/2018. ALL ORDERS PLACED from THIS product line AFTER 12/12/2018, will NOT ship until AFTER 01/010/2018.

DUE TO AN INCREASE IN SHIPPING CHARGES AS OF JAN 18, 2016, WE HAVE HAD TO INCREASE OUR SHIPPING CHARGES. Minimum shipping charges for the Continental USA is $3.95

SHIPPING We have started to use a DROP SHIPPER on a standard basis to reduce shipping time and additional charges and fees. Your Item may be shipped directly to you from either the manufacture or from one of our locations including our warehouse and/or store fronts. Items made in our custom studio will ship directly to you from our warehouse location or may be picked up in-store on Fridays (must have email confirmation to have your order ready for pick-up). Since many items are hand crafted in Manheim, Pa. USA, we need time to make your item, and or prepare your shipment. We require a minimum of 48 hours to process your order for shipment. US shipping will continue in the standard shipping cost and expect delivery in 3-7 days of items in stock at our main warehouse in Elm, Pa, or from our Store in Ephrata Pa. We ship from multiple locations and delivery times will vary and could take up to 10 to 14 days for delivery. We allow checkout of items that are currently out of stock, and may order items from the manufacturer upon receipt of paid order. We will send you an email indicating expected delivery date usually within 48 hours after your order has been placed. Please Contact the Store owner BEFORE checkout on heavy items like large statues, tables, and decor for current shipping costs. Shipping occurs once payment is approved, or if paying by check (including eCheck), the order will not ship until payment has cleared (up to 5 days). The address will be verified, and the item verified as in stock during this period. If an item is not currently in stock, we will notify you by phone, or by email (prefered notification). If anything is on back-order, and we have your other ordered items in stock, we will send out what we have immediately and to expect normal delivery of these items. We will contact you when the back-ordered items arrive and ship them to you at no extra charge. We will notify you by phone or email (prefered notification). Back ordered delivery times will vary and could take up to 10 to 24 days for delivery.

Note- since we have a store front, items listed in stock on our website may not have the correct updated totals for the day, this is why we may have an item listed in stock which is now currently out of stock.

HOLIDAY OR CHRISTMAS SHIPPING IN THE USA: Please allow 2 days for processing and acceptable time for delivery, generally 2-5 days. Custom items may take longer than items in stock, we suggest ordering custom items no less than 14 days prior to the holiday. Please see our holiday schedul for current delivery times.

We ship orders out Via USPS/United States Postal Service with delivery confirmation number. Basic shipping to the West coast takes approx. 5-7 days. Priority service takes generally 2-3 days , and in some cases locally can be delivered in as little as 1-2 business days.

USA table rates: Anything over $150 ships for actual weighted charges and will be sent corrected/adjusted prior to shipping.

RETURNS: We will NOT accept a return or an exchange on any crystal or stone that you did not like the color or size. They are NATURAL and we have no control over their colors, size or shapes. We will ONLY offer a refund if we sent you the incorrect stone. Pictures are of items sent through our studio, they are actual stones that were in stock and your crystal may or may not look the same. The whole Natural and Metaphysical aspect, is why this policy is in place.

Returns must be post marked with-in 10 days of receipt and will be exchanged, credited or refunded the full purchase price excluding shipping. To obtain return information, Please email returns@mythmedievalceltic.com or call for authorization code. We will only offer to return the shipping if the item was damaged, cancelled prior to shipping, or we do not have a replacement item and must refund.
