2nd day of Yule

If you are joining us on the 2nd day of Yule, we begin the celebration by taking one of the green chime candles, or white if that is all you have, we light it and say the following healing prayer: 

A Healing Prayer 

Oh Great Goddess Mother of Mercy and Healing 

Send the energy of Hygeia to nourish from Her Sacred Bowl 

Send the energy of Brigid to heal with waters of Her Sacred Well 

Send the energy of Demeter to restore life to withering cells 

Send the energy of Quan Yin to bless the healing with peace 

Send Your healing wisdom to the body to restore its sacred balance 

Thank You Great Goddess Mother of All Life 

We burn a Myrrh incense, lighting it from the candle. 

We then meditate and reflect on all ways to heal, emotionally and physically. 

We ask the same healing for all that is suffering, and we ask the gods and goddess to heal the weak and sick animals of this world, and pray for those who can not be healed. 

You can also say the prayer attached for healing. 

Let the chime candle burn out, or if using a regular candle, blow it out only after the incense has finished burning.
