All sales are final due to the nature of our products. If something arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days and we’ll make it right. However, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once the package is shipped, especially after delivery, we can not be expected to be held responsible for stolen packages. We offer tracking numbers when shipped, and will replace damaged items covered by shipping insurance
