How long will it take to receive my order?

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! Free Continental U.S. shipping is available on orders over $250. Use code FREESHIP250 at checkout. With the Exception of Wedding & Bridal rings. 

 

Can I pick up my order locally?

Temporarily not available.... Yes. Choose “Local Pickup” at checkout to collect your order from Expressive Avenue in Lancaster, PA or Kindred Collections in Columbia, PA., There is a small handling fee to pick-up at these locations. We offer custom orders at both locations for no additional fees. 

 

Are your products handmade?

Many items are handcrafted in small batches using ethically sourced materials. Each piece is made with intention and care.

 

Can I request a custom item or spell kit?

Absolutely! Use our Contact Form or email sales@thewizardshat.com to share your ideas.

 

Are your crystals ethically sourced?

This is hard to determine, we try as best we can. We partner with suppliers who prioritize ethical mining and fair labor practices. Our team also participates in local mining. Did you know that PA is rich in gemstones?

 

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes! Add gift wrapping at checkout. We also include a handwritten note if requested.

 

Can I send a gift directly to someone else?

Yes. Enter their shipping address at checkout and let us know it’s a gift—we’ll exclude the receipt.

 

How do I use your spell kits or ritual tools?

Each kit includes instructions. You can also visit our Blog for guides on moon rituals, crystal cleansing, and more.

 

Are your products associated with a specific religion?

No. Our offerings are spiritual, not religious. We welcome all paths—Christian, Wiccan, Pagan, Eclectic, Curious, or just Magical at heart.

 

What’s your return policy?

All sales are final due to the nature of our products. If something arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days and we’ll make it right. However, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once the package is shipped, especially after delivery, we can not be expected to be held responsible for stolen packages. We offer tracking numbers when shipped, and will replace damaged items covered by shipping insurance.

J&J Bridal wedding rings have a separate return policy, and you can read about it on the Rings page, there is a 30% restocking fee as well as you are responsible for all shipping to and from and will not be refunded, this is to keep people from "borrowing" our fine jewelry.
