Shipping & Returns

Shipping:

We ship within the 50 United States and provinces. 

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Most of our "Hand crafted" items which we say are made in our Studio in Lancaster PA, will ship from our PA Warehouse. 

Our Ceramic, Cobalt, Titanium, & Tungsten Wedding Rings will ship from Texas, and have a flat rate. 

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

We ship from several different warehouses, and cannot combine shipping. You can see the breakdown for each shipment by viewing your cart  and clicking checkout ( no worries...this will not automatically check you out)

You will then see your shipping total and how many shipments you will receive. For instance, heavy items and our Incense smoking bottles will ship separately for safety reasons.  Click the drop down arrow to see breakdown. 

Here you can see the shipment breakdown, including how many items are in each shipment.  You can then click on the "truck" and item count in the shipment to see what is included in each shipment.

For this example, we only have 1 item in each shipment, and you can see exactly what is included in the package.

Returns Policy:

WITH THE EXCEPTION OF J&J BRIDAL- See J&J Bridal Returns/Exchanges below.

Due to the fact that many of our items hold energy, we do not accept returns. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), otherwise all shipping fees will be the responsibility of the customer. 

NOTE: Crystals, Herbs, Incense, Talisman, Chakra & Crystal Jewelry, and any ceremonial item which we deem as holding energy may not be returned, as well as any custom order item. Crystals and gemstones on our site are natural, and the images are stock images and may not be the actual color of the crystal or stone you will receive. We can not control the actual colors and markings in natural gemstones, as these are natural, unless listed as dyed. Please be advised that images on you screen will differ from screen to screen as our system is not calibrated with yours to ensure an exact color match.

J&J Bridal Returns/Exchanges

Please use our printable ring templates or purchase our plastic Ring Gauge set  (if you do not know your needed ring size) prior to ordering. J&J bridal rings are returnable within 7 days after receipt, less a 30% restocking fee, minus all shipping and handling fees, and you will be responsible for ALL RETURN SHIPPING FES, you must email us for authorization prior to returns, clearance and custom items are non-refundable. This is how we can offer much lower prices, by reducing excess stock, and excess fees incurred by us from our credit card processing and chargeback fees.
